The fine detail and workmanship of each Fritz Development home is overseen personally by owner and builder, Michael Fritz. He is involved and knowledgeable in every phase of the construction. Mike has been in the construction trade and has been a residential general contractor for almost two decades. An electrician by trade, he comes from a family-owned roofing business. His past building experience includes custom carpentry work in million dollar homes.
